Christian is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Less Practitioner (CLP) , and Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.

Christian has over twenty-five years of experience helping teams and leaders shape their organizational design and development to make their workplaces more adaptive, intentional, and human.

He partners with for-profit and nonprofit organizations across industries—including technology, healthcare, finance, agriculture, and professional services—to help build systems that learn fast, adapt quickly, and lower the cost of future change.

Before joining Collaborative Leadership Team, Christian held roles with Medtronic, Hollstadt & Associates, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), and Southwestern Advantage.

A graduate of St. John’s University (Collegeville, MN), Christian resides in Golden Valley, MN with his wife and 3 children.
