Course Description
If you are a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Developer on a Scrum Team who would like to get more value out of your Sprint Planning event – and as a result, have more successful Sprints – this 2-hour workshop is for you!
During this interactive session, we will learn and practice:
• Sprint Planning's 3 Topics: Why, What, and How
• Creating a Sprint Goal, who is responsible for this, and why it is important
• Forecasting an appropriate amount of work based on value delivered and capacity in the upcoming Sprint
• Breaking down Product Backlog Items (PBIs) into tasks to help Developers get work to Done
Cancellation Policy:
Micro-Course tickets are not refundable.
They are fully transferrable to another attendee if the original ticket holder is unable to attend.
Alternatively, the original ticket holder may apply the amount paid toward a future CoLeadTeam course.
