Scaling Agile has become a hot topic with these methods becoming more mainstream. Unlike new approaches which prescribe a "one size fits all approach" attendees will review techniques that Agile founders have used since its inception to scale Agile and Scrum across large organizations and products. This one-day course includes how to effectively scale the roles, artifacts, and ceremonies without sacrificing adherence to Agile values and principles.

- Understand distributed Scrum
