Founding member of Collaborative Leadership Team, a Certified Scrum Trainer and Agile Transformation Coach who is passionate about changing the world of work. She seeks to help people and organizations to break down their barriers and work together in a collaborative way.
A graduate of Hamline University (B.A.) and the University of St. Thomas (M.B.C.), Angela facilitates the PMI Minnesota Agile Practitioner Community and serves on the Scrum Alliance Trainer Approval Committee and Core Scrum Team.
Angela brings 20+ years in the information technology space and real world client case studies to her presentations. She is mom, wife, a sailor, reader and lifelong learner living in Wayzata, MN.
Christian Antoine, PMI-ACP®, CSP
Certified Scrum Professional, Agile Instructor / Coach with the Collaborative Leadership Team. Working with Agile since 2008, Christian has 20+ years of diversified experience in the medical device, finance, healthcare, securities, international law, and agricultural industries.
Christian consults, trains, and coaches teams and companies on Agile at all levels of the organization. He enjoys helping others see there is a different way to approach work, at a sustainable pace, and get outcomes to delight customers.
Prior to Collaborative Leadership Team, Christian worked for Medtronic, Hollstadt & Associates, and Computer Science Corporation (CSC). A graduate of St. John’s University, Christian resides in Golden Valley, MN with his wife Megan, and children, Madeline, Ellen and Eli.
Thomas (Tom) Auld CSP, PMP, CLP, S@SP
Chief Operating Officer, Certified Scrum Professional, Agile Coach and Trainer based in the Twin Cities. Tom loves working with Leaders, Teams, and Organizations on their most critical challenges. He strives to be a servant leader that empowers the team to be the best team possible. His goal is to help individuals, teams, and organizations provide value to their customers quickly and on a consistent basis.
Tom brings over 25 years of IT and Business experience with organizations including Target, Medtronic, Best Buy, Boston Scientific, TCF Bank and many others in order to provide ideas and support for his clients.
Prior to joining CLT, Tom was the Associate Chief Information officer for the University of Minnesota. Tom introduced and promoted Agile & Scrum principles for teams including the Data Warehouse Team, the CRM Salesforce Team and for mission critical programs such as Institute Review Board and Enterprise Asset Management.
Prior to the University of Minnesota, Tom was a Principal and Engagement Manager for a national consulting firm.
A graduate of the University of St. Thomas (B.A) and an active member in PMI Minnesota (2002) and Scrum Alliance (2014), Tom appreciates the opportunity to share his experiences with others as a speaker and presenter. Most recently he was part of DreamForce 2016 and Scrum Day Minnesota 2016.
Outside of work, Tom and his family can be found playing golf, traveling, attending the latest superhero or Star Wars movie, or flipping houses using the Scrum framework.
Dee Rhoda, CSM, CSPO, CSP, ICP-ACC
Dee Rhoda, CSP has 15+ years as an IT professional and 5+ years implementing Scrum and Agile practices. Her experiences transforming teams to Agile from sequential development methods have driven
her to work with persistence, optimism and passion for positive change. She is devoted to assisting others in achieving success. Dee is a Certified Scrum Professional® and a 2015 graduate of the Agile Certificate program from the University of Minnesota, College of Continuing Education.
Dee lives in the northern metro area of Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is married with two sons. Dee is an avid golfer, constantly seeking the elusive lower handicap (and little white ball). When she is not on the golf course, she enjoys spending time with family and friends over a game of cards.
Rand Eaton, CSP
Rand Eaton is a Certified Scrum Professional, Agile Coach and Trainer based in the Twin Cities. He loves working with organizations and teams and often prefers the title “Epiphany Engineer.”
Rand can look back on 24+ years of IT experience for a variety of clients including IBM, Wells Fargo, Ameriprise and many others in order to provide context and support for his clients.
Rand is a husband and proud father, photographer and reader of just about anything.
