Scrum and Agile coaching and training consultancy celebrates eighth anniversary
with new hires

MINNEAPOLIS – August 14, 2018 – Collaborative Leadership Team (CoLead Team), an industry leader in providing Scrum and Agile coaching and training, today announced the addition of Patti Meyer and Christina Weiberg to the team. The new hires will support the growing demand for coaching and training services as well as the expansion of the company’s services. 

“It’s an exciting time for CoLead Team,” said company founder and CEO Angela Johnson. “Not only are we celebrating eight years in business, we’re also growing and expanding our offering. The addition of Patti and Christina are critical components of our business expansion over the next few months. Each brings a skill set and perspective that is essential to achieving our goals.”

Practicing what they teach, CoLead Team uses the principles of Scrum so employees do not have formal titles but rather work collaboratively to achieve goals. As such, Meyer and Weiberg do not have traditional titles.

Dubbed the “Chief Cat Herder,” Meyer coordinates all of the logistical arrangements for CoLead Team training classes. An accomplished meeting/special events professional, Meyer most recently applied her talents on behalf of the Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Minneapolis as the Major Events Coordinator. In this position, she coordinated all aspects of the planning, preparation and execution of the organization’s Annual Benefit. Prior to that, she held similar positions with Goodwill/Easter Seals Minnesota, RBC Capital Markets and Target Corporation (Dayton Hudson and Target). A graduate of the University of Minnesota, she lives in Minnetonka, Minn.

An experienced Scrum and Agile coach, Weiberg joins CoLead Team as its “Culture Curator.” In this role, she provides training and coaching services to the company’s clients. Prior to joining CoLead Team, Weiberg was a Scrum Master at Thomson Reuters. Prior to Thomson Reuters, she was Scrum Master at Optum/UnitedHealth Group. Following graduation from the University of St. Thomas, she worked as a Communications Associate at AmeriCorps Residency in Social Enterprise (RISE) Fellow – New Sector Alliance. A resident of the Whittier neighborhood in Minneapolis, Weiberg has earned her Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) and Certified Scum Master (CSM) certifications.
